• Graphic and pattern design: Create production ready graphics and patterns
• Concept and seasonal theme development/direction
• Flat sketching: Apparel, bras/foundations, panties, sleepwear, loungewear and
swimwear
• Create technical packages for overseas development
• Communicate/work with overseas factories for development of product: Fabric
trim sourcing, lab dip approvals and fitting garments
• Develop CADs and presentation boards/catalogs for sales presentations

• Design/develop seasonal collections: Concept to production, fabric/trim
sourcing, fitting of garments, and importing of product from overseas • Spearhead marketing and PR campaigns
• Create and implement social media content
• Concept development and art direct photo shoots
• Packaging and collateral design of seasonal catalogs and branding
• Develop/maintain nationwide wholesale accounts

• Oversee creative/seasonal line development: Intimate apparel, sleepwear/loungewear, swimwear, and men’s underwear/loungewear
• Create seasonal style guides and collections for global licensee direction
• Develop branding tools: Hangtags, labeling, packaging, and catalogs
• Graphic and pattern design/development
• Supervise/approve sample fittings for production
• International travel for trend, fabric, and trim development/research
• Oversee/direct team of designers
